Every pro has passed an ID check. You see their rating, jobs done and reviews before you book.

Pay into Tasker, not the pro
Your money waits with our licensed payment partner. Extra parts are only added if you approve them in the app.

Tap Job done when you're happy
That is when the pro gets paid. If the problem comes back within 7 days, we send someone to redo it for free.

When can I download Tasker?

Is there a website account?
No. Booking, payments, chat and tickets all happen in the app. This site is only here to tell you about it.
How are pros checked?
Each pro confirms their identity with a government ID and a selfie, and shows proof of their trade before they can take jobs. Ratings come only from real bookings.
What happens to my money?
When you book, you pay into an account held by our licensed payment partner. The pro is paid when you tap Job done. If you report a problem, the money stays put until our support team has looked at it.
What if the job isn't done right?
Report it in the app within 7 days and we send a pro back to fix it for free. If it can't be fixed, open a dispute in the app and our team reviews it with both sides.
Do I pay a fee?
Customers pay a small service fee, shown before you pay. Joining as a pro is free.
